A facilitator is someone objective, whose role is to (help) plan an event and guide the event through to a successful conclusion, ensuring the objectives of the event are fully met and participants have been able to contribute and enjoy the event.

An external facilitator can add a real dimension to events such as:

  • Team building events
  • Away days
